It's almost that time!
That's right, we are so close to opening the cottage! It has been a long time coming, and we are so excited to finally be opening our doors for bookings! And, what not better time to plan a Fall get-away! The weather in the high desert will finally start cooling down, so why not make Joshua Tree your destination spot to enjoy some fun outdoor activities!
We wanted to give you a first glimpse into what the cottage looks like! The design process took a little over 2 months to accomplish (which is rather quick), and we will continue to incorporate bits of seasonal decor as each season changes! But, for now, dive in and enjoy the coziness that Cactus Jax Cottage has to offer you!
Walking into the living room, you are greeted with a lovely plush rug and a great seating area to kick your feet up and unwind after a long day out and about of adventuring around Joshua Tree. With this awesome floor plan, you have immediate access to the dining area and kitchen area (where we except to be invited to all of your yummy dinner parties)! YUM!
And, enjoy your breakfast at the small round table, while gazing out those amazingly large windows to the open sky's of Joshua Tree.
Cheryl McCormick designed this area to be a clean and easy environment to navigate around. And a bonus, we have installed a brand new washer and dryer for those who need to wash a load while enjoying your stay!
Around the corner we have bedroom #1. What a fun and easy going concept! Need some alone time, curl up in the corner chair and read a book, or sip a cup of warm tea and work on some meditation.
And next to the first room, we have room #2. Yet, another beautiful room and another cozy chair to sit on and enjoy a book or podcast recording. This room takes you away to a wooded area with birds and happy thoughts. Want to work on some imagery and visualization techniques, head on over to www.gravitationalperformance.org and coach McCormick will offer 1 free session to our guests! After your morning meditation and relaxation, enjoy a nice shower in a beautifully newly constructed bathroom. Isn't it cute!!
When the day falls, head outback to enjoy a home cooked meal. Light the fire-pit and unwind under a blanket of stars!
